Shipping Mon-Fri. Same-day dispatch if ordered before 12pm. On rare occasions, a 1-day delay may occur as we've just moved house and we're still in the process of unboxing and making sure the little ones settle in well.
Delivery
All items require a signature upon arrival. Both first class and next day delivery services are available. My main focus is to get you your new additions quickly and safely for both U.K and EU orders. To see the full Delivery terms, click the arrow below.
Posting
I post all U.K. orders the same day when made before 12 PM on MON-FRI. I only post orders between MON-FRI to avoid Ant Queens and Colonies being stuck at the sorting office over weekends. Alive upon arrival
