Our twins are being born by planned C-section on Monday! 🩷💙
Orders are still open and are very much appreciated, but any orders placed now will be shipped from Monday 24 August, as long as everything goes according to plan.
For a short time afterwards, we’ll dispatch orders on Mondays and Thursdays only while we find our feet as a family of six. We’ll return to our usual Monday–Friday dispatch schedule as soon as we’re settled.

Returns & Refunds
Returns
For non-Live animals, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund if it is received back in the same state it was dispatched in, with no questions asked. This does not apply to Live animals. This only applies to non-perishable items. The return delivery fee will be at your own cost and the delivery fee paid to send the item to begin with will also not be refundable as it would of already been paid for.
Refunds
Refunds will be provided for any items broken during shipping for non-perishable items. Evidence must be provided and you are to make us aware of any problems upon delivery. For information regarding returns and refunds for live animals, please take a look at our Alive Upon Arrival Guaranteed.
