With frequent hospital appointments and the possibility of babies arriving early, dispatch times may be affected at very short notice. Returns
For non-Live animals, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund if it is received back in the same state it was dispatched in, with no questions asked. This does not apply to Live animals. This only applies to non-perishable items. The return delivery fee will be at your own cost and the delivery fee paid to send the item to begin with will also not be refundable as it would of already been paid for.
Refunds
